Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Production Scheduler at its Casa Grande, AZ facility. You will develop production schedules to ensure continuous workflow and timely delivery of materials, coordinating with production teams, engineering, purchasing and quality assurance.

The role requires monitoring MRP data, maintaining on-hand balances, evaluating capacity vs demand, and proposing improvements. You will participate in QRB reviews and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 EMS and Hexcel safety goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum two years of related work experience or training.
• Working knowledge/experience with AX or similar MRP software and/or APICS certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, approve, and release manufacturing orders; coordinate with production, engineering, purchasing and QA.
• Track open orders to ensure on-schedule completion and expedit e shortages.
• Maintain MRP data integrity; manage on-hand balances and bin counts.
• Evaluate capacity versus demand and suggest improvements; participate in implementation.
• Use availability data to make shipping commitments and ensure customer specs are met.
• Support EMS and safety programs; ensure ISO 14001 compliance and safe working conditions.
