• Proven experience creating and maintaining detailed production schedules.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Effective cross-functional communication with Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales.
• Ability to adapt schedules to changing demand and capacity.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, govern, and communicate detailed production schedules for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to ensure schedules are achievable and aligned with labor and equipment capacity.
• Monitor material availability and work closely with Purchasing to avoid shortages or delays.
• Adjust schedules as needed due to changes in customer demand, priorities, or production constraints.
• Track production progress and updating schedules to reflect actual performance.
• Communicate schedule changes and priorities clearly to internal teams.
• Support on-time delivery goals by identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Participate in production meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead capacity planning and long-range scheduling as needed.
