Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two-year technical degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinker with problem solving skills.
• US Citizenship required due to contracts with the Department of Defense.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages the Master Production Schedule across the planning horizon.
• Generates daily/weekly schedules of ERP Firm Planned Orders/Works Orders.
• Coordinate with departments to optimize service and cost.
• Replan dynamically to avoid past due orders.
• Use APOS system for capacity planning and to support demand.
• Report manufacturing and supplier performance weekly and monthly.
• Aim to optimize customer service, resources, and inventory levels.
• Resolve conflicts over material and capacity to support order promising integrity.
• Maintain end-item schedules for Material Requirements Planning.
