IMI plc in Palmer, MA, is seeking a Master Production Planner / Scheduler to manage demand, master scheduling, and make-to-stock/make-to-order production. You will optimize a lean planning process, coordinate with various departments, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP skills, and a proactive approach to planning, scheduling, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School degree or equivalent with 2+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and release work orders to manufacturing to meet demand.
• Create and disseminate daily work baskets for production areas.
• Coordinate and adjust schedules across assembly lines and machine shop.
• Monitor production to ensure on-time completion per orders and routers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse to prioritize expedites and inventory needs.
