Job summary

HRmango is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and manage the master production schedule, ensuring material availability and on-time manufacturing. The role requires deep experience in ERP-driven planning, MRP analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance.

The ideal candidate will back up the Master Scheduler, participate in SIOP discussions, and excel at optimizing inventory and capacity to meet customer demand while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 10+ years direct production planning experience required.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing a plus.
• Senior level planning knowledge and capacity planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to drive manufacturing schedules and procurement.
• Coordinate with buyers and production planners to adjust build schedules based on material due dates and technical issues.
• Lead daily production meetings and release work orders weekly to optimize workflow.
• Analyze MRP reports and provide material alignment updates to work orders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of material kits to production and manage WIP status.
• Maintain compliance with quality procedures and ITAR/AS9100 environment.
