Job summary

IKI Manufacturing is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate between production, procurement, sales, and logistics to develop and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal plant performance.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at the Edgerton, WI facility.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field preferred with manufacturing experience.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust the master production schedule to meet delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and sales to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to determine needs.
• Identify capacity constraints and propose solutions for continuous flow.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP system and generate performance reports.
• Lead scheduling meetings and communicate changes to departments.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
• Support continuous improvement to improve scheduling efficiency.
