Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a dedicated Materials/Production Planner to convert sales forecasts into actionable production plans for the plant in the United States. You will coordinate with the Plant Manager on load sequencing, release production orders, and manage stock levels and lead times in ERP systems to meet shipping dates.

The role requires five years of experience in production planning or similar, with strong knowledge of MRP planning systems and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in production planning or similar with strong working knowledge of MRP planning systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic computation, algebra, geometry, and logic.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepares detailed production plans and schedules to meet requirements.
• Translate sales forecast into an attainable production plan aligned with company goals.
• Release production orders, analyze stock levels, and assign customer due dates.
• Maintain lead times in ERP systems to provide accurate information for quoting.
• Provide capacity estimates to support production and customer service.
