Vibrant Ingredients seeks a Production Planner to develop and maintain efficient production schedules aligned with manufacturing capabilities and customer demand. You will monitor material flow, assess supplier performance, and optimize asset utilization to ensure timely order fulfillment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in planning or logistics, with proficiency in MRP/ERP, Excel, and Power BI. Lake Mary, Florida-based, on-site with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in production, supply chain, materials planning, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, customer service and operations to ensure orders are captured and fulfilled.
• Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
• Maintain planning horizon of at least one month, preferably 2–3 months.
• Coordinate material flow with procurement, logistics and operations.
• Communicate order ship dates and update changes impacting orders.
• Review ERP master data and identify gaps or discrepancies.
