Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, based in Poway, California, seeks a Senior Production Planner to convert the business plan into executable production, material, inventory, and capacity plans across product families. You will align capacity with forecasted demand, optimize inventory, and support growth while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressively responsible experience in production planning or related fields.
Experience in regulated electronics manufacturing or high-mix/low-volume environments preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred; CPIM/CSCP or Lean certs preferred.
Proficient in ERP/MRP and Excel.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into actionable production and material plans.
Develop aggregate production plans for assigned product families.
Lead master scheduling and capacity planning activities.
Monitor schedule adherence and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to ensure product availability.
Drive inventory optimization and working capital objectives.
