Job summary

You will lead master scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory optimization to balance customer commitments with manufacturing efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Program Management to ensure material availability, optimize lead times, and support continuous improvement across high‑mix manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations or related field required.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in production, materials planning, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive S&OP and IBP processes, translating forecasts into production plans.
• Lead capacity planning and level-loading to optimize throughput.
• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules for product families.
• Analyze MRP outputs and material availability for production schedules.
• Implement inventory replenishment strategies to meet service targets.
• Support procurement and supplier planning to reduce risk.
• Lead Kanban and lean initiatives to minimize waste and improve flow.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor performance and capacity.
