Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Production Planner to own end-to-end scheduling for an assigned scope at the Houston site. You will track work orders through every operation, surface risk early, and ensure accurate data is maintained in the ERP system.

The role requires 2+ years in production planning, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. US work authorization is required, with pre-employment screening as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in production planning, production control, or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong Excel proficiency; comfort with shop travelers, routings, and bills of materials.
• Organized, detail-driven, and able to communicate cross-functionally on the floor.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment; pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track assigned scope end-to-end; monitor work orders through every operation and keep schedule aligned with ERP data.
• Surface and elevate risk early by identifying shortages, holds, and capacity conflicts.
• Manage nonconformance and rework flow for modules in partnership with quality and engineering.
• Work the planning exception queue daily, rescheduling, expediting, or cancelling with documented reasons.
