• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in production planning, production control, or manufacturing coordination.
• Technical: Strong Excel proficiency; comfort working from shop travelers, routings, and bills of material.
• Working style: Organized, detail-driven, and calm under shifting priorities; strong cross-functional communication on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track assigned scope end-to-end: monitor work orders through every operation, maintain accurate status, and keep the schedule aligned with ERP data.
• Surface and accelerate risk early: identify shortages, holds, and capacity conflicts before they impact the schedule; drive resolution through defined escalation.
• Own master data quality for assigned scope: validate item masters, BOM lines, and routing steps; correct errors at the source.
• Maintain transaction discipline: ensure material issues, completions, and status updates are recorded on time.
• Provide reliable status to operations, supply chain, and program stakeholders with documented truth.
