Job summary

TAS Energy Inc is seeking a Sr. Production Planner I in Houston, Texas. This senior-level position is responsible for ensuring on-time product delivery through effective management of production schedules, material availability, and MRP-driven demand.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive experience in production planning and will serve as a mentor to junior planners. Strong analytical and organizational skills, along with proficiency in MS Project and ERP systems, are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing planning.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior or lead planner.
• Proven track record of managing schedule risk.

Responsibilities

• Plan, release, and manage production orders independently.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Train and coach planners on ERP navigation.

Skills

Experience with JIT, MRP, CRP, Lean

APICS CPIM certification

Spanish language skills

Experience with MS Project and/or Great Plains

Strong organizational skills
