Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Senior Production Planner to develop and maintain master production schedules, coordinating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet customer demand and optimize plant capacity. The role requires strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities, and a proven ability to translate forecasts into actionable production plans.

This is a full-time position based in the United States with standard daytime coverage and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of production control/planning and/or customer service experience
OR Master's degree and no experience
OR at least 3 years of production control/planning and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain master production schedules to support customer demand and business requirements.
Analyze orders, forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability to create executable production plans.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changes in demand, shortages, or constraints.
Coordinate line setting and production sequencing to optimize throughput.
Establish build priorities and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
