Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of production planning or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and maintain schedules with third-party sites and centralized planning teams.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Customer Service: Achieve >95% on-time service and communicate order status.
• Capacity & Storage: Maximize production capacity and resolve capacity challenges.
• Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, warehousing, purchasing, and on-site teams.
• System Data Management: Use ERP systems, preferably SAP, for accurate production data.
• Process Improvement: Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify and implement efficiencies.

• Communication & Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with operations, warehousing, purchasing, and on-site teams to ensure smooth processes.
