Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Planner/Buyer to lead scheduling and purchasing for multiple production lines, coordinating with CSR requirements and production capacity to meet daily goals.

You will partner with Corporate Customer Service, engineering, and production to resolve scheduling issues, optimize flow, and adjust for unplanned events and capacity constraints while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High level Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• High school Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Organization and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Five plus years of planning and scheduling, inventory control, expediting, and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master schedule for multiple manufacturing production lines to meet daily goals.
• Prepare master schedules to conform with CSR, delivery dates, and capacities.
• Expedite and coordinate detailed scheduling and release of orders to production.
• Loster liaison with Customer Service, production, engineering on schedules and methods to resolve issues.
