Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Senior Planner/Buyer to manage master schedules and procurement for production operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional activities, expedite orders, and optimize materials flow to meet daily output targets at the distribution center.

The role requires 5+ years in planning and scheduling, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a focus on continuous improvement within a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in planning, scheduling, inventory control or related supervisory work.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MS Office skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master schedules for multiple production lines to meet daily goals.
• Coordinate flow of work between departments to support production schedules.
• Expedite orders and release to production; monitor status and revise as needed.
• Communicate with customer service, engineering, and production to solve scheduling issues.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments.
• Prepare daily open order reports and OTD metrics.
