Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production & Materials Planning Manager to drive supply chain planning, inventory management and production scheduling onsite in Irvine, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize backorders, lead time, and OTIF while partnering with suppliers to ensure high service levels.

Required 7+ years in supply chain/operations, SAP/Power BI/Excel proficiency and APICS certification is a plus. Onsite work in Irvine with up to 10% travel may be expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or engineering.
APICS Certification preferred.
Experience using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead weekly Supply Chain reviews with output vs forecast and production schedules.
Maintain relationships with critical suppliers to ensure high service levels.
Develop and communicate supply plans via ERP systems and cross-functional updates.
Manage plant supply chain organization and inventory targets.
Drive improvements in backorders, lead time, OTIF and inventory metrics.
