Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Supply Planning professional to develop 24-month build plans and capacity plans that align with demand signals, ensuring production requirements are met while maintaining optimal inventory and service levels.

You will partner with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, finance and IBP teams to optimize planning processes, support continuous improvement, and manage ERP systems such as NetSuite. 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Management or related field.
• 2+ years of planning and/or manufacturing/production planning experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create supply and 24-month build plans based on demand signals to meet production needs and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain production schedules in collaboration with site leadership and production supervisors.
• Create capacity plans to identify bottlenecks and supply risks with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, quality, engineering, finance, and IBP teams to ensure alignment and execution.
