Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a Material Planner in Irvine, CA to evaluate material demand and support manufacturing schedules. You will collaborate with Operations, QA, Customer Service, and IT to align with the site’s financial targets and customer service levels.

Role requires strong communication, data analysis, and ERP/MRP experience in a regulated manufacturing setting. Excel proficiency and SAP/Oracle knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in production scheduling in regulated manufacturing (cGMP, FDA, ISO).
• Experience inputting and retrieving data in ERP or MRP systems; SAP or Oracle preferred.
• Strong understanding of material requirements concepts.
• APICS and Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops, finalizes, and communicates the material requirements plan to meet customer demand on time.
• Plans, prepares, and controls material availability to support production needs.
• Create Process Orders in ERP to support the materials plan.
• Ensures on-time deliveries by coordinating with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Monitors supplier performance and reports KPIs.
