Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Production & Materials Planning Manager in Irvine, CA to lead the supply chain planning and execution. You will align manufacturing strategies with company goals and drive improvements in backorders, lead times, OTIF, and inventory levels.

You will collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and other teams, leveraging SAP, Power BI and ERP systems to deliver accurate plans and proactive problem solving. The role is on-site with relocation support possibly available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or engineering.
• APICS certification is a plus; SAP, Power BI and Excel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain weekly reviews with updates on output, forecast, schedules and constraints.
• Maintain relationships with critical suppliers to ensure high service levels.
• Provide direction on manufacturing strategies aligned with supply chain goals.
• Improve metrics such as backorders, lead time, OTIF and inventory.
• Develop and communicate supply plans through ERP and cross‑functional updates.
