Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a supply chain professional to translate raw and pack needs across horizons ensuring uninterrupted material availability at supply points. You will execute automated MRP runs, manage PR/POs, and reschedule items in line with approved plans.

You will balance inventory, capacity, and replenishment requirements, maintain planning parameters, and contribute to annual/quarterly inventory planning with the Strategic Material Planning team. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with agentic-AI platforms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in material planning, supply chain or manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Teams).
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional work with suppliers.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and system utilization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel periodically and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate raw and pack needs across horizons to ensure material availability.
• Execute automated MRP runs, manage PR/PO and rescheduling per plans.
• Manage PO creation flow ownership and timely placement.
• Balance inventory, capacity, and replenishment to meet targets.
• Maintain replenishment strategies (lot size, safety stock, lead times, reorder point).
• Contribute to annual and quarterly R&P inventory planning with Strategic Material Planning.
• Monitor and manage MRP exceptions and initiate corrective actions.
• Review supplier performance and highlight improvement opportunities with teams.
• Ensure data accuracy in material masters and flag data issues to MRP Center of Excellence.
