Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in production planning, materials management, logistics, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts, demand, capacity, and materials.
• Monitor daily production vs plan and adjust schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Lead capacity planning, load-leveling, and constraint management.
• Collaborate with purchasing and operations to balance labor, machines, and prioritization.
