Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Quality function and QMS across assigned Pennsylvania facilities.

You will develop and sustain quality programs to support product integrity, process control, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Corporate Quality to reduce COPQ, improve first pass yield, and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, audit requirements, and quality documentation.
• Hands-on experience with RCA, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily and strategic quality leadership to Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to improve process capability and product conformance.
• Develop and execute quality strategies to reduce defects, scrap, and COPQ.
• Lead PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, inspection criteria, and validation activities.
• Support error-proofing, automation, standardized work, and prevention of defects.
• Monitor quality trends, nonconformances, and customer feedback to drive corrective actions.
• Ensure CAPAs are completed with root-cause verification and effective countermeasures.
