Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Warminster, PA to lead a high-performing team in driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

You will guide new product introductions, NPI processes, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust, scalable manufacturing solutions that meet quality and cost targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment with leadership experience.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and injection molding is a plus.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methods.
• Strong CAD, fixtures, plant layout, and work-cell development skills.
• ERP/MRP familiarity and exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements across locations to boost productivity, quality, safety and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize layouts, material flow, tooling and cells.
• Implement standard docs: Process Flows, PMFEAs, Control Plans and Work Instructions.
• Lead capital projects, automation, and technology enablement initiatives.
