PROF Group is seeking a Production Planning & Materials Supervisor in Aliquippa, PA to convert customer demand and inventory needs into an executable production plan, ensuring availability of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support the plan. You will focus on production planning, scheduling, work orders, and material availability while coordinating warehouse activities to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Responsible for converting customer demand and inventory requirements into an executable production plan.
• Focused on production planning, scheduling, work order management, and material availability.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure production runs smoothly and without interruption.
• ERP system accurately reflects production and inventory status.
• Spanish language preference is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production plan based on demand, forecasts, inventory targets, capacity, labor, and material availability.
• Coordinate scheduling and production sequence across extrusion, drying/baking, and packing operations to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor execution against plan and identify capacity constraints, delays, and delivery risks.
• Supervise creation, release, and closure of production work orders with correct product, quantity, BOM, and routing.
• Maintain planning/master data accuracy including lead times, BOMs, routings, and inventory parameters.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and material staging to production priorities and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure finished goods are identified, stored, and available for shipment.
• Act as the key link between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality.
• Communicate priorities, schedule changes, and material constraints clearly.
