Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or an associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in warehousing, production planning, scheduling, and purchasing within a manufacturing company.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and employee development abilities; collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Head of Production Planning & Logistics and interface between Sales and Production to ensure delivery capability.
• Plan production to support customer service and optimize planning processes; guide production managers on personnel deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales to collect demand forecasts, manage consignment stock and inventory, and coordinate delivery dates.
• Develop and improve warehouse and logistics processes, check shipments, handling, and inventory levels.
• Work with Plansee Group Logistics to develop logistics strategies, systems, and standards.
• Coordinate with US customs authorities and freight forwarders on import/export matters.
