Job summary

National Signal LLC is seeking a Production Control Planner to develop and monitor production schedules that meet customer requirements and delivery commitments. You will coordinate material flow, balance capacity, and ensure alignment across production, purchasing, engineering, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in production planning or related role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Sage MAS 100 preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Schedule and monitor production orders to support on-time delivery.
• Review customer orders and set realistic production dates.
• Monitor WIP, orders, material availability, and progress for potential issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities with customer needs.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning data and inventory levels.
