Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience, or Associate with 5 years relevant experience, or 7 years relevant experience.
• High level of interpersonal skills and analytical capabilities.
• APICS certification and Lean Manufacturing knowledge are preferred; 10 years manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develops master production schedule and long-range material requirements plan.
• Coordinates with S&OP for scheduling and backlog management.
• Directs scheduling, shop floor and shipping schedules; ensure on-time shipments.
