Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in internal, change, executive and issues communications in a global org.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and deliver compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership of multi-audience communications programs from strategy to execution.
• Strategic thinking, judgment, and navigation of ambiguity in sensitive issues.
• Experience translating product, technology, data or AI topics for non-technical audiences.
• Experience coaching or developing communications professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications across Product & Technology with global, regional teams.
• Set and deliver the communications strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Advise P&T senior leaders on messaging, channels, audiences, and risks.
• Translate complex product/AI topics into clear narratives for multiple audiences.
• Lead multi-stakeholder programs from strategy through execution and change efforts.
• Develop executive messaging, announcements, presentations, and talking points.
• Coordinate with Global Corporate Affairs and other functions for a consistent audience experience.
• Make independent communications decisions within strategy and escalate risks as needed.
• Establish plans, rhythms and measures to improve awareness and adoption.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the communications team.
