Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product development or related roles.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and work in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs.
• Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog guiding development efforts and alignment with vision.
• Consider upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategic roadmap.
• Collaborate with Technology on product enhancements, requirements, and troubleshooting.
• Support end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Analyze and track product metrics including time, cost, and quality across lifecycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
