JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Associate for the Card Transactions team to drive end-to-end execution of the product vision and roadmap, while architecting solutions and analyzing business requirements aligned with strategic objectives.

You will partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, manage dependencies, and support agile processes across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Architect or Business Analyst with 6+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology, especially in banking and payments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Manager to identify opportunities based on user research and market needs.
• Architect solutions aligning with objectives, ensuring product development meets business goals.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to document requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Build relationships with Product, Technology, Data, and Business partners; coordinate with engineering leads.
• Maintain knowledge of product vision, strategy, roadmap, and operational aspects.
• Develop business architecture and capability models reflecting strategy and goals.
• Work with IT to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements, drive consensus, and analyze needs.
• Monitor industry trends to keep the organization competitive.
• Document business architecture, processes, and analysis findings.
• Focus on risk and controls; coordinate with POs/APOs/Agility Leads/Designers on impact and scope.
• Monitor Jira hygiene and enforce Jira standards across IT and non-IT work.
• Manage product roadmap to align with budget and team availability.
• Release management and proactive issue identification and communication.
• Support Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement and agile efficiency.
• Manage dependencies inside and outside the product area.
