Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-level programs at the intersection of product strategy, software development, and business transformation.

You will own end-to-end initiatives from concept through delivery, aligning product vision with engineering execution and business priorities. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing teams to drive measurable business outcomes, including roadmaps, dependencies, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 6+ years of program management, product development, or software delivery experience.
• Scrum certification preferred.
• Project Management Certifications preferred.
• Six Sigma certification with real project execution preferred.
• Experience leading large, complex initiatives with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver large cross-functional programs tied to product innovation and strategic priorities.
• Translate high-level objectives into executable program plans with clear success metrics.
• Partner with Product leadership to manage lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
• Serve as primary program partner to Product Managers and Engineering leaders for scope, risks, and resources.
• Leverage AI, tooling, and scalable practices to improve visibility and collaboration across teams.
• Drive readiness for major releases and ensure alignment between delivery and business outcomes.
• Support Agile execution by aligning program milestones with team delivery frameworks.
• Establish and maintain program structures with timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
