Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a senior Program Manager to serve as a bridge between executive leadership and internal teams, driving strategic initiatives that advance value creation and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional projects, define scope and governance, manage risks, and report progress to the VP of Business Operations.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven performance, change management, and scalable process improvements across global and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or PM.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including KPI development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
• Experience with change management and process improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with project management software, dashboards, data analytics / BI tools, Excel / PowerPoint.
• MBA or advanced degree often preferred.
• Prior experience in software/tech or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
