Job summary

You will shape strategy, drive design and development across applications, systems, and products, and align with business objectives. You will orchestrate the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) from discovery to delivery, foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentor engineers, and partner with product management, design, and architecture to optimize
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years experience in related field preferred.
- 2+ years experience managing team performance and career development.
- Significant hands-on experience with custom software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and radiate progress toward KPIs and OKRs.
- Balance the PDLC across product management, design, engineering, and architecture.
- Coach and develop associates and teams through recruiting and training.
- Identify and remove process bottlenecks and impediments.
- Coordinate releases, deployments, and sprint planning.
- Establish engineering best practices and devops culture.
