Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Experience managing software product development through planning, development, testing, and launch.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new product launches and strategic programs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to align priorities and drive cross-functional execution.
• Build and manage program roadmaps, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and communication plans.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive informed decisions to keep initiatives on track.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver executive-level updates on program status, milestones, challenges, and business impact.
• Champion program management best practices and help establish scalable processes across the organization.
