RXinsider LTD. seeks a Manager of Product Engineering to lead one or more product engineering teams across the full product lifecycle. You will strategize, discover, deliver, and measure efforts to maximize business value and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience in related field preferred.
• Significant hands on experience with custom software development strongly preferred.
• 2+ years experience managing team performance, career and professional development.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business processes, set product direction and oversee successful PDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering teams through the PDLC from strategy to measurement.
• Establish KPI/OKRs to track progress and drive improvement.
• Improve product performance via design thinking and customer insights.
• Remove bottlenecks and coach associates for growth and excellence.
• Coordinate release, deployments, and sprint planning; foster devops, secops, and finops cultures.
