Job summary

RS&H seeks an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead high-priority, multi-workstream programs across the organization. This senior role focuses on end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives, with an emphasis on enterprise technology transformation across platforms.

The role coordinates internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring program integrity and cross-functional alignment while reporting to executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of program management experience across multi-workstream enterprise initiatives.
• Experience leading technology delivery, business process, and organizational change.
• Experience managing vendor and SI relationships, including contracts & changes.
• Ability to build and operate a governance model from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate program governance models and steering committees.
• Own the master program schedule integrating vendors and internal workstreams.
• Maintain the program's critical path and adapt plans as scope or resources shift.
• Own the program budget and deliver regular variance analysis to executives.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships with focus on delivery accountability.
• Provide clear status reports to executives and translate complexity for sponsors.
• Coordinate change management as a core program workstream.
