Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Product Pricing Lead with strong Commercial Lending domain expertise to drive discovery, design, and implementation of a strategic Pricing Engine. The role will bridge business stakeholders, lending operations, treasury, finance, and technology to define pricing strategy and MVP capabilities.

The candidate will document decision logic, prioritize MVP features, and lead UAT and executive sign-offs, ensuring pricing rules align with governance and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Business Analysis, or Commercial Lending within Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong domain expertise in Commercial Lending products, loan structuring and pricing.
• Proven track record transforming pricing, implementing pricing engines, or modernizing lending platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and rules.
• Experience leading pricing backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of ROI, FTP, and risk-based pricing in commercial banking.

Responsibilities

• Define MVP scope, roadmaps, and feature prioritization for pricing engine.
• Drive pricing outcomes, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Document current-state pricing rules, logic, and decision models.
• Provide SME expertise in commercial lending pricing and profitability.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and pricing rules.
• Lead UAT, business validation, and stakeholder sign-offs.
