Job summary

Healthfirst is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of a strategic product roadmap and prioritize delivery with the team. You will craft Epics, Features and User Stories, influence senior stakeholders and mentor other owners to drive business outcomes.

You will translate vague requirements into clear acceptance criteria, collaborate with product management and AVP, and ensure timely delivery while communicating risks and dependencies across teams.

Qualifications

• More than two years’ experience as Product Owner in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into Epics, Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience developing product vision and roadmaps; quantify business value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product manager and AVP to define product vision and deliver roadmap.
• Create and refine Epics, Features and User stories for team delivery.
• Influence stakeholders and secure buy-in to roadmap opportunities.
• Communicate risks, outcomes and dependencies for quality delivery.
• Mentor other Product Owners and support team growth.
• Understand the business context and convey outcomes to the scrum team.
• Additional duties as assigned.
