Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Owner to define the product's value proposition, outline vision and execution plan, and gain alignment from strategic partners and stakeholders. The incumbent will attend spring/milestone reviews with the Delivery team.

You will manage the product backlog, collaborate across stakeholders, and guide Agile development to maximize value. A strong background in product ownership and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics or related field is required or six years of related experience substituted for the degree.
• 5 years of product experience with the software lifecycle and domain experience.
• Agile experience preferred, with product ownership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy to maximize value.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences from product team to executives.
• Own the product backlog and refresh it using input from internal and partner teams.
• Serve as the accountable owner for the products/tools in the designated portfolio.
• Guide Agile development in the role of Product Owner and drive cross-product value.
• Attend governance meetings and ensure alignment with strategic partners.
