Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Manager to shape product vision and strategy. You will prioritize the backlog, align with OKRs, and collaborate with UX, engineering, compliance, risk, and vendors to drive releases and roadmap execution.

You will leverage analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to guide decisions, while sustaining product health and enabling DevOps and CI/CD practices across multiple squads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product vision and strategy aligned with portfolio goals
• Manage and prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with OKRs
• Work onsite Tue-Thu and collaborate virtually on Mon/Fri
• Coordinate with UX, engineering, compliance, risk, and vendor teams
• Define roadmap, releases, and communicate progress to leadership
• Utilize data, analytics, and A/B testing to guide product decisions
• Conduct continuous product discovery and identify new opportunities
• Manage dependencies across multiple squads and teams
• Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure on-time execution
• Present insights, competitive analysis, and emerging technology solutions
• Maintain product and technical health while balancing priorities
• Support DevOps practices, automation, and continuous deployment processes
