• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Lean Product Management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading products from idea to market.
• Experience with user-centered design, usability testing, and research methods.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in balanced teams and iterative development.
• Ability to balance customer and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision and translate it into a strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and development teams.
• Drive decision making on features, scope, and priorities.
• Prioritize the backlog to maximize business value.
• Create detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
