Job summary

Clarity Innovations is seeking a product-focused professional to own the product vision and drive alignment with the business strategy. You will facilitate conversations with team members and stakeholders, translate insights into prioritized features, and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and engineering, communicating complex ideas and guiding decision making to support innovative software and data

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Vision: clearly define and articulate the long-term vision and goals for the product, aligning them with the overall business strategy.
• Make timely and informed decisions on product features, scope, and priorities based on input from stakeholders and market analysis.
• Identify pain points and opportunities for the team and be proactive in actioning towards resolutions.
• Lead and influence a balanced cross-functional team, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Write clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to communicate product requirements to the development team.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that stakeholders' needs are understood and incorporated.
• Communicate sophisticated ideas, anticipating potential objections, and persuading others to adopt a different point of view.
