Job summary

STR seeks a Chief Strategist to drive strategy across the company for technical execution, pursuits, and customer accounts. You will review sensing programs and map strategy to customer engagement for DoD/IC missions and space-based sensing initiatives.

You will lead cross-site teams, oversee marketing, proposals, recruiting, and program execution, with TS/SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD/IC space sensing and counter-sensing tech.
• Entrepreneurial spirit focused on technical marketing and BD.
• Proven record in writing and winning technical proposals.
• 15+ years in military and/or intelligence communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical marketing to existing and potential customers.
• Develop technical proposals; generate ideas, write, review.
• Create innovative sensing/counter-sensing and C2 solutions.
• Lead teams to design, develop, test and analyze solutions.
• Serve as primary technical POC for specific customers/offices.
• Travel to STR and customer locations.
