Job summary

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 8+ years in systems engineering/architecture and technical PM roles.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand NASIC PED software needs.
• Prioritize requirements as a Product Owner for architecture and software.
• Guide developers to deliver software matching stakeholder needs.
• Define product vision, goals, and deliverables for multiple teams.
• Advise on cloud architecture and DevSecOps considerations.
• Coordinate across multiple dev teams for common NASIC solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across hardware and software projects.
• Apply systems engineering to R&D and acquisition processes.
