Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks an Agile Product Owner to advance NASIC modernization by turning mission needs into software priorities and user stories.

You will own the product backlog, refine features, and work with mission stakeholders, engineers, and Agile teams to align delivery with objectives. The role requires US citizenship with TS/SCI at time of application, a BS in a technical field, and 8+ years in product ownership or related roles.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI security clearance at time of application.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience serving as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role for software or systems development.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Experience refining and prioritizing product backlogs, features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into prioritized software development activities.
• Own and refine the product backlog; develop and prioritize features and user stories.
• Collaborate with mission stakeholders, systems engineers, software developers, and Agile teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
