Job summary

RTC Communications in Indiana seeks a Product Development and Marketing Leader to guide strategy, development, and launch of commercial products and technical solutions. You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market opportunities into revenue-driving offerings.

You will manage roadmaps, enablement, campaigns, and execution while ensuring performance and accountability. Strong leadership and telecommunications expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales engineering, product development, or product marketing within telecom/tech.
• Experience developing or selling technical solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud-based telephony and managed services preferred.
• CCNA/CCNP or similar certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, design, development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain a practical product roadmap informed by customer feedback and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Solutions, Network Operations, and other stakeholders to define requirements and launch-readiness criteria.
• Guide the product lifecycle from opportunity identification to retirement with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train sales and customer-facing teams on RTC product capabilities and business benefits.
