M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit.

You will translate complex engineering and operational capabilities into customer-focused value stories, develop go-to-market plans, and enable sales with compelling collateral and campaigns. Join a team that designs, engineers, integrates, and maintains advanced security services for federal, local, and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, product management support, market research, or a related role.
• Ability to understand technical products, services, or solutions and translate them into clear customer-facing value propositions.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, campaign content, or launch materials.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, buyer personas, ICP development, customer journey mapping, and go-to-market planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop marketing plans for assigned products using market research, pricing insights, and stakeholder input to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain buyer personas, ICPs, buying-process insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and help shape new features with Product Management, Engineering, and R&D.
• Develop differentiated messaging and create marketing assets including briefs, web/campaign copy, press, sales tools, and content.
• Lead product launches with pricing, campaigns, and readiness across teams; define success metrics and monitor performance.
• Equip sales and field teams with training, content, and tools for buyer conversations and campaigns.
