Job summary

M.C. Dean in Tysons, VA, is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist for the Security & Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will translate complex engineering and operational capabilities into customer-centered value stories and drive go-to-market plans, launches, and sales enablement. The role partners with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Business Development, Marketing, and field teams to shape roadmaps and campaigns, develop collateral, and optimize market adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, product management support, market research, or a related role.
• Ability to understand technical products, services, or solutions and translate them into clear customer-facing value propositions.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, campaign content, or launch materials.
• Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, buyer personas, ICP development, customer journey mapping, and go-to-market planning.
